Recently I upgraded to Windows 10 some months ago. A couple days ago I downloaded and installed a game. The problem was that I couldn’t open it without downloading the. NET Framework. I go to download it but everytime I try to do so an error message appears saying “This function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another transaction.
