K. Calvin Sidhu
Founder-Managing Director
A seasoned real estate professional with experience in North America, Russia, India, and Europe. Calvin has over 25 years of experience in structuring complex Real Estate Investments, Acquisitions and Financings across a broad range of sectors including multi-family, single family, hospitality, and agriculture.
Calvin has acted as both a lead investor as well as a merchant banker in projects ranging in size from $15 million to $545 million. Calvin has sourced capital from State Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Hedge Funds as well as High Net Worth Individuals.
Ryan J. Lodes
Managing Partner –Capital Markets
Ryan has over 25 years of experience in real estate and its investment in various vehicles. He has raised over $3 billion in investor equity, primarily in real estate with a multi-family focus.
He has helped bring together and service several family offices to collaborate in GP multiple entities, and he has completed a multi-billion-dollar debt and equity facility between a single-family office and a build for rent asset manager.
Most recently Ryan has served as principal at R.J. Lodes Advisory Services, where he has consulted fund managers in the structuring of their offerings, managed marketing and distribution teams, and headed their capital markets verticals. Ryan began his career as an equity trader and became an expert in the structuring, development, sales, and distribution of investor programs to high-net-worth individuals, their wealth managers as well as institutions and family offices.
These products include Private Equity, Direct Investments and Reg. D programs, and Alternative Investment programs, including private, public, and public non-traded REITs. Ryan has also been active on investment committee and acquisitions as well as asset management of the real estate portfolios he has previously managed.

Russ McDaniel has gained extensive knowledge in design-build and construction throughout his 30 years of solution-driven, turn-key project, management, and construction services with an extensive list of industries and clients. His specialties include, but are not limited to, due diligence, site inspection, city and municipality interface, value engineering, design-build, and innovative construction solution.

Aman Gambhir
Financial Analyst
Aman Gambhir is an Investment Banker with more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate and business valuations.
He is actively involved in pitching fund raising mandates and has catered to an array of companies from entry stage to exits. He has a deep understanding of the financial markets and is active in Debt Syndication, Private Equity, Distressed Debt, and Business Valuation.
Qualified as Chartered Financial Analyst, Aman has been a part of several corporate turnaround cases, working with several Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Due Diligence exercises, settlements with Banks.
